2025 Pinewood Derby Schedule

Race Day:        Saturday, January 11, 2025

Check-In Time:        1:30

• Tiger and Wolf          2:00 - 2:45
• Bear & Webelos      2:45 - 3:30
• AOL and Finals         3:30-4:15

1. Once cars have been checked-in, they will be kept in the pit area (behind the ropes) by race officials and may not be accessed by the scout or his parents until the scout’s car is eliminated or racing has completed.
2. There will be a pit area available for minor adjustments prior to a car being officially checked-in to the pit area.

Race Time

Races will be conducted by Rank with the top 2 cars from each Rank advancing to the Pack final. Rank start times are as follows

Finals

The Pack finals will begin at ~3:30 and will consist of the top 2 cars from each rank battling it out for the fastest car in the Pack!

Dinner

• Concessions will be served from 2:00 – 4:00
• Will consist of Chili and Nachos

Uniform - Uniform is Pack 838 t-shirt (Class B)

Pack Meeting September 8th

Welcome to the 2024-25 Scouting Year!

We will hold our first pack meeting, open to ALL, on Sunday September 8th at 3:30pm in the St Rita Dining Hall

Existing scouts should attend in Class A uniforms.

New and prospective scouts can come check out what makes Pack 838 great!
